Where do the photos and videos come from?
All visuals are created by our team during our travels and nature expeditions. They are original, authentic, and made with passion. Some visuals in our store are from our photographers as well as independant photographer. Visuals for product description are mokups.
How long does building and shipping take?
We take between 3 and 10 business days to complete your project and more if its a personalized project. Please note that all our products are handmade in Canada, so their production takes time. For shipping, it take typically 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please read our shipping informations HERE
What’s your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from the day the print is received for any issues that are not within the control of, Discovery Earth or one of its production partners like Les Entreprises Vistart or Pictorem.
